Smart Justice.
Safer Communities.

Priorities

Public Safety & Accountability

Protecting the community is the prosecutor’s first duty. Violent crime, crimes against children, and repeat offenders will be prosecuted firmly and consistently. The law will be enforced fairly, decisively, and without favoritism — because safety depends on accountability.

Efficient & Fair Justice

Justice should be timely, organized, and professional. A well-run prosecutor’s office respects victims, law enforcement, and the courts by moving cases efficiently, reducing unnecessary delays, and making decisions grounded in facts, law, and sound judgment.

Smart Justice for Lasting Safety

Being tough on crime also means being smart about solutions. For appropriate nonviolent cases, structured alternatives like treatment and problem-solving courts can reduce repeat offenses while maintaining accountability — making the community safer in the long run.
